As our Senior AI Project & Program Manager (f/m/d) you will oversee multiple projects and programs for the AI Frontier team driving success for the business in the GenAI Finance domain.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute project roadmaps aligning them with strategic business goals.
Oversee multiple technical project teams ensuring the objectives are met across various initiatives.
Drive project and program progresses ensuring the set timelines and business goals are met
Coordinate crossfunctional teams stakeholders and customers partners and clients to define project scope deliverables and resource requirements.
Implement and maintain program management methodologies tools and best practices.
Identify assess and mitigate risks across projects and programs.
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
Manage the solution implementation project lifecycle from planning implementing testing deployment stabilizing to support and hand over.
Drive continuous improvement in project and program management processes.
YOUR PROFILE
Extensive experience in Project Management within Enterprise Software Environments particularly in the GenAI or Finance domains.
Strong experience leading technical teams in the Enterprise Software Environments.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
Proven experience of managing complex multifaceted projects in a fastpaced environment.
Deep knowledge of the Enterprise Software Applications particularly ERP SCM or CRM systems.
Proven ability to manage complex multifaceted projects in a fastpaced environment.
Strong expertise in risk management mitigation and strategic thinking within a businessfocused mindset.
Native German proficiency and fluency in English are required.
