You will support warehouse operations in term of service cost health andsafety quality food defense sustainability legal requirements and policies compliance. You will provide team leadership and direction for the warehouse organization. In this role you will implement warehouse strategy and effectively execute operations to ensureoptimum logistics solutions while supporting various routestomarket and balancing serviceand cost. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (thirdparty logisticsvendors) business partners to ensure effective management timely solutions and .
How you will contribute
You will:
- Own the P&L for warehouse operations
- Manage all activities related to handling andwarehousing of finished goods semi FG and/or raw and pack materials for ourdistributionscenter/s and/or implant warehouse/s in a particular site/geography
- Create a winning team by developing coaching delegating and leading warehousepersonnel in the area of responsibility who can drive the business agenda and enablethem to have the opportunity to grow in the organization
- Maintain proper storage and rotation of stock in the warehouseusing technology such as a warehouse management system and ensure thewarehousing operation minimizes products writeoffs and maximizes capacity usagemeeting the overall business objectives
- Manage services to provide a savings to our overall costs superiorservice to internal and external customers and ensure safe and legal operation
- Support network design activities and projects that improve our overall strategic position
- Monitor thirdparty logistics service levels research causal factors and implement correctiveactions to maximize efficiency and maintain strong partnerships with providers

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and able to analyze and synthesize data

What you need to know about this position:
The base salary range for this position is $95100.00/yr to $110967.00/yr; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget.In addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results

Experience in an ERP system preferably SAP in receiving warehousing inventory and outbound delivery functions.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum of 4 years previous experience working in logistics materials management vendor relationships and warehousing.
Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
Job specific requirements:
Ensure personal safety food safety and quality protocols are followed.
Supervise and develop shipping and receiving team members through coaching training and team building.
Manage staff performance and culture to align with Clif Bar aspirations and ingredients.
Ensure workplace organization and housekeeping standards are maintained.
Assist with the development and training of shipping and receiving SOPs and policies.
Verify warehouse inventories are accurate and properly managed according to inventory control policies. Facilitate cycle and zerobin inventory counts.
Coordinate with Production and Maintenance shift managers to ensure all needs are met for continuous plant operation.
Adhere to scheduled inbound and outbound shipment schedules to achieve ontime delivery and load accuracy goals.
Be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills especially when interacting with staff suppliers and community partners.
