Job Description
The Department of Government at the University of Texas at Austin seeks to develop a pool of candidates for possible temporary/nontenure track parttime positions to teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Positions are not available every semester and are contingent upon student enrollment and the availability of funding. Appointments are made on a semesterbysemester basis though sometimes a yearlong appointment can be made. Salary is dependent upon position and qualifications.
A Ph.D. or extensive professional/occupational experience relevant to political science is required. Previous teaching experience is preferred.
