The Pediatric OHNS and Audiology Service Line Manager has the overall responsibility for overseeing the management of service line activities. Responsibilities encompass the overall management of the service line including business development personnel management financial management and longterm strategic planning. They collaborate closely with partners across UCSF Health and the Benioff Childrens Hospitals leadership to ensure the overall success of the service line.
The Service Line Manager actively participates in developing the OHNS and Audiology strategic plan and implements strategic initiatives focused on improving the profitability market share and quality of care for the service line. Key responsibilities involve planning directing and managing all nonclinical aspects of the service line such as the growth of TQ programming quality and safety improvement optimizing operations and improving the crosscontinuum patient experience. The Manager will work closely with the Division Chiefs Department Chairs Medical Administrators and Senior leadership at UCSF Benioff Childrens Hospitals to implement all servicerelated goals.
The Pediatric OHNS and Audiology Service Line Manager extends their leadership and oversight to encompass local and regional outreach efforts collaborating with OHNS and Audiology Faculty Administrators Medical Administrators and Clinical leadership. They contribute to comprehensive strategic plans establish priorities and articulate a shared vision for Pediatric OHNS and Audiology. The Administrator is accountable for the of short and longterm goals with appropriate stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization.
In addition to administrative responsibilities the service line Administrator actively promotes optimal patient outcomes through effective leadership and partnership with physician and nursing leaders.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $140000 $225000 (Annual Rate).
