Job Description
Empire Coating Inc is currently seeking a Production Racker to join our team. As a Production Racker you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality safety and productivity through a handson approach. Specifically the role focuses on following customer requirements to rack parts in preparation for subsequent processes such as anodize or paint. Additionally this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work directly with our Leadership Team with a clear path for career advancement and professional growth.

Our capabilities include Chem Film Paint Powdercoat Industrial Printing Masking Solid Film Lube and Blasting. Position Overview
- Racking and Unracking Parts:
- Placing or hanging metal parts on racks to prepare them for various finishing processes such as plating anodizing powder coat or wet paint.
- Unrack parts after processing and remove masking materials after processing.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect parts before and after the finishing process to ensure they meet quality standards and reporting any defects or nonconformances to supervisors.
- Packaging:
- Package completed parts by following customer specifications prints and guidelines to ensure proper packing of parts.
- Job Monitoring:
- Utilize computer system to track job progress and scan in and out of jobs.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety regulations especially when working with chemicals tools or other equipment.
- Operate maintain and clean manufacturing equipment and work area.
Qualifications:
- This is an entrylevel position; no previous experience is required. Some manufacturing or related experience is a plus but not required!
Shift:
- MondayFriday 7:30am4:00pm
Total Compensation Package:
- Wage
- $17.00 per hour plus a 90Day Performance Review for a prospective increase!
- Compensation depends on the selected candidates experience.
