The opportunity
We are currently seeking highly motivated persons to work as Software Engineers for our IT Consulting a leading provider of Technology services to large corporate clients of all industries. As a member of our team:
- You will have a significant technical contribution to largescale implementation projects
- You will be given the opportunity to work and take responsibility in challenging engagements in Greece and abroad
- Your ability to learn and apply advanced Technology solutions will give you the opportunity to grow professionally and participate in the design and deployment of leadingedge technologies.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
- A Bachelors degree in one of the fields of Computer Science Software Engineering or other related discipline
- Ability to work as a team member
- Selfmotivated to contribute with your own ideas showcase the feasibility and benefits with a proof of concept and document your cutting edge solution
- Experience in Java or other objectoriented programming language
- Completed military obligations (where applicable)
Ideally youll also have
- Experience in SQL and PL/SQL
- Working experience with at least one RDBMS e.g. Oracle (preferably) SQL Server DB2 MySQL PostgreSQL etc.
- Familiarity with IDE tools e.g. JDeveloper (preferably) Visual Studio etc.
- Knowledge and/or experience with web services (SOAP JSON/REST)
- Knowledge and/or experience with Oracle ADF
- Knowledge and/or experience with Angular Ionic or
- Knowledge and/or experience with source control software (e.g. GIT SVN TFS)
- Ability to design and develop solutions with business users (feel free to include relevant project and profile links like GitHub Kaggle or Stack Overflow)
- Work experience either in Insurance sector or in a solution provider environment engaged with Insurance projects implementation
