Job Summary:
- Solder assemble and test solder electronic components PCBAs and cable assemblies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspection of soldering to IPC610 standard (Class 3.
- Assemble mechanical/electronic components according to manufacturing work instructions.
- Build cable assemblies & solder electronic components/connectors.
- Test simple electronic assemblies.
- Follow ordering procedures for inventory stock levels (kanban).
- Follow all work instructions and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Adherence to departmental and company policies and procedures. Including the 5 S Principles ISO misc. quality system procedures
Requirements:
- Education: High School with commensurate experience or postsecondary certificate in related field.
Required Experience:
- IPC610 Class 3 Soldering and Inspection Surface mount soldering solder inspection cable assembly.
- Must be able to use hand tools for assembly when required.
- Must be detail oriented precise and fast learner.
- Must be able to read understand and follow instructions/drawings.
Communication:
- Must be fluent in English. Must be selfmotivated and be able to communicate well.
Effort Factors:
- Physical Demands: (If applicable) Ability to work with a microscope occasionally.
- Good hand eye coordination stable hands for delicate component assembly Occasionally lifting < 50 lbs.

- Fast paced working towards critical deadlines.
