Job Description Summary
Under the supervisor of the Career Center team the Student Career Services Assistant will provide support with daytoday operations and customer service job and internship research career event support database maintenance and other careerrelated projects as assigned. This person will ideally transition into a Peer Advisor role in their Junior/Senior year supporting students oneonone with resume cover letter and career resources.
Responsibilities
Act as career representative in Career Center providing quality customer service to students faculty staff and donors visiting the space Engage in career projects including research and database assignments to track relevant employers and alumni Commit to assisting team at least two career workshops per semester aiding with student checkin guest support and other tasks as needed Transition into Student Peer Advisor following proper training supporting students with basic resume and cover letter support and other career related resources More career related duties as assigned by Career Team
Required Qualifications
Customer Services skills Knowledge and experience with Google Suite Passion for research and connecting with others
