Description


Operations Specialist II in Chase Mortgage Bankings Project Approval Group (PAG) Main point of contact for project documentation.
Join our dynamic team as an Operations Specialist II in the Project Approval Group (PAG) within Chase Mortgage Banking. Be the key player in ensuring seamless project documentation and customer satisfaction.


As an Operations Specialist II in the Project Approval Group (PAG) within Chase Mortgage Banking you will be responsible for the collection and review of essential project documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy. Your role is crucial as the main point of contact for customers requiring a sense of urgency and teamwork to deliver exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and move loans to PAG Underwriting in a timely manner for final underwriting.
  • Complete loan submissions and update the conversation log as needed.
  • Work directly with Management Agents/HOA/Developers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Order review and submit Condo/Coop and Attached PUD documents before submission to underwriting.
  • Check alternative documentation for accuracy and potential problems.
  • Manage pipeline effectively.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience in mortgage loan processing (conventional and government purchase and refinance FHA/VA) with a minimum of 12 years.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage difficult conversations to a successful outcome.
  • Ability to manage pipeline daily while meeting monthly production and quality goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Solid analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office software.
  • Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fastmoving environment.
