Schedule:The schedule for this position will change week to week.
Pay:$19.00/hour
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. A Flex Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of assigned properties people and assets. The officer will work at various client sites on a flexible ondemand basis adjusting to the needs of the security team and the clients they serve. The role requires individuals to respond to various security situations provide physical patrols monitor surveillance systems and enforce sitespecific security policies.
Responsibilities:
- Providing security services across various sites or shifts as needed
- This role requires a high level of flexibility as the officer may be called upon to fill in for regular security staff respond to staffing shortages or provide support during peak times
- Responsibilities typically include monitoring surveillance equipment conducting routine security checks controlling access to buildings and ensuring that all security protocols are followed
- The officer must be able to quickly adapt to different environments and situations offering a reliable and proactive security presence wherever required.
Position Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Standard computer/technology skills needed
- High level customer service skills needed
- Must have strong deescalation skills
- Must be open to working any shift
- Must have reliable transportation and valid Drivers License
- Strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to handle diverse security tasks are essential for a successful Flex Security Officer
