The Opportunity
The Berry Street School has an leadership opportunity for an Assistant Principal (Head of Campus).
The Assistant Principal (Head of Campus) holds primary responsibility for the management of the Ballarat campus. The primary objectives of the role include:
About You
The successful candidate will come with demonstrated experience or outstanding capacity for exemplary educational leadership of students whilst managing a multi disciplinary team.
The role it will require flexibility to manage competing priorities and stressful situations monitoring own stress levels and practicing and promoting selfcare strategies.
Other responsibilities of the role include financial and administrative management to contribute to the development of program budgets and an understanding of key government education policy directions.
A minimum Bachelors Degree in Education (or a similar a qualification that is appropriate for entry to teaching) is required and to be fouryear trained with full registration from the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
