At MBC we keep growing and we are now looking for a Regulatory Business Analyst to support a UK MiFID PostTransparency Project. (Remote London GMT)

About the role
We are looking for a Regulatory Business Analyst to support a UK MiFID PostTransparency Project.

    Responsibilities:
    • Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and data.

    • Draft business requirement documents.

    • Understand Functional Requirements and Technical Specifications.

    • Monitor and validate IT developments testing golive and postimplementation stages.

    • Update or define new regulatory controls.

    • Draft internal communications control papers procedures and/or training materials.

    • Support Project Management including preparing governance meeting decks and tracking action items.

    • Work proficiently with Excel and PowerPoint.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    • Strong understanding of regulatory environments and data analysis.

    • Experience writing business and functional documentation.

    • Proficiency in monitoring IT developments and regulatory testing.

    Even better if you have:
    • Knowledge of UK MiFID regulations.

    • Experience with data or regulatory projects implementation.

    • Availability to work from London office at least 3 days a week (preferred).

    • Proactivity.

    • Desire for continuous improvement.

    • Empathy and teamwork skills.

    • Strong learning abilities and attention to detail.

    • Customeroriented mindset.

      Location: Remote but with preference of hybrid 3 days a week in London Office.
