Your tasks
Are you passionate about forecasting data analysis and shaping the future of demand planning in the fastpaced FMCG sector Then KoRo is the perfect place for you! As a Senior Demand Planner (m/f/d) you will take ownership of our dynamic multichannel demand planning process driving datadriven decisions and ensuring our exciting product range reaches customers at the right time and place.
- Ownership of the endtoend demand forecasting process across all sales channels (B2C ecommerce and B2B retail including grocery and drugstore chains)
- Consolidation and analysis of sellin and sellout data from online and offline channels to create accurate datadriven demand forecasts
- Alignment of forecasts with Sales Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal inventory and service levels
- Monitoring of forecast accuracy and continuous improvement of forecasting models and processes
- Development and implementation of demand planning strategies to support product launches promotional activities and seasonal peaks
- Creation of detailed forecast reports and scenario analyses to support business decisions
- Close collaboration with key retail customers to understand demand trends and align replenishment strategies
Your profile
- University degree in Business Administration Finance Mathematics Economics or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience including experience in demand planning preferably within the food FMCG or retail sector
- Strong understanding of retail demand dynamics
- Highly analytical and detailoriented with strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
- Proactive mindset with a handson attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
