Job Description
Hands on experience in Solid works and Auto CAD.
Prepare Models and Drawings such as Parts subassemblies main assemblies and recommended to approval for higher authority.
Applying GD & T for the developed drawings.
Ensure that all the relevant documents such as Bill of Material including Product Drawing with Engineering specifications are updated.
Maintain the records and archive drawings or product documents and related correspondence.
Determine Tasks and Deadlines and work with team to complete them on schedule
Understand the requirements of the Product as specified by the customer.
Complete project handling including creating process plans for Manufacturing of parts.
Implemented process using Poka Yoke.
Calculation for selection of Actuators.
SPM and Jigs and Fixtures LTM for Engine block for 2 & 4wheelres and Bush and Bearing Pressing machines.
Expertise in Design & development of Material handling equipments like motorized Conveyors for Loading and unloading conveyors.
Worked on Inspection fixtures like connecting rod
Working knowledge on application of Geometric Dimensioning &Tolerance ASME Y14.52009.
Project planning and coordination with team members.
Expertise on Manufacturing and Fabrication process.
Worked on Design and Development of Actuators like Hydraulic and pneumatic.
Worked on sheet metal for Designing Brackets and control panels.
Worked on Reverse Engineeringmodifying the existing design for cost Effective.
Involved in vendor development activities.
Hand calculation on selection of motors and actuators.
Selection of materials.
Basic Knowledge on Vacuum pump.
Motor Calculation for conveyor & pressing Fixtures.
Material Handling Fixtures.
LTM Machines (Mold & Seals Design).
Pump Selection.
Conducting cost review meetings and ensure the target budget cost.
Coordinate with Sourcing team Vendors and Integration team.
Delegating work Building team preparing time schedules process improvementDesign process.
Training fresher s/subordinates
checking drawings with tolerances
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a Driving License and ready to travel to customer places at any given time.
