Tulsa OK; Education/license: Active PE license BS civil engineering or related ABET accredited; Experience / Job details: 510yrs in civil design; experience in scope definition feasibility studies design proposal development design narratives formal engineering reports specification review design calculations system modeling review of geotechnical reports review of site surveys client review meetings city development meetings site construction observation reports formal meeting documentation answer construction and bid requests for information and collaboration with inhouse and remote teams.; AutoCAD Civil 3D; service various clients inclusive of federal government local municipal retail commercial healthcare and industrial;
