About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate sales records and databases.

- Preparing sales presentations and materials.
- Following up with leads and managing client inquiries.
- Processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Handling customer service inquiries related to sales.
- Assisting with sales reporting and analysis.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Maintaining sales team calendars and scheduling conflicts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
