Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Baldwyn MS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Shifts:
1st shift MondayFriday 7am3pm $14.50hr
2nd shift MondayFriday 3pm11pm $15hr
3rd shift SundayThursday 11pm7am $15.50hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to machines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and work orders.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime if needed.
