Our client is a leading technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Market Development:
Implement sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets by identifying pursuing and closing business opportunities within the designated territory through effective account planning and management.
Customer Relationship Management:
Take ownership of service engagements by understanding clients business goals and challenges supporting them in defining and reaching their objectives.
Manage the full service sales cycle in the assigned territory including prospecting pipeline development and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with existing clients to expand service engagement and increase revenue opportunities.
Solution Selling:
Perform needs assessments with clients to determine the most suitable service offerings and deliver customized solutions that match their specific requirements.
Product and Market Knowledge:
Keep current with the latest solutions technologies and industry trends relevant to the company and its strategic partners.
Collaborate closely with Sales and other internal teams to maximize crossselling and upselling opportunities.
Sales Reporting & Strategic Support:
Regularly update sales activities including weekly/monthly forecasts pipeline status and prospecting outcomes.
Support Cloud business development efforts in the Southern region through strategic input coordination with management and participation in marketing initiatives.
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales particularly in solution selling techniques with a strong focus on account and territory management.
Ability to build strong relationships and quickly gain trust with Clevel executives.
Proficient in presentation communication organization multitasking and time management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Skilled in leading consulting engagements through strategic questioning clear communication and building trust with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including senior executives legal technical finance support sales and marketing teams.
Proven ability to handle complex situations (both technical and interpersonal) and often called upon to address critical customer issues.
A degree in Business or an MBA is preferred.
Innovative and open to new ideas with the ability to drive innovation in collaboration with the customer.

Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities with the capacity to make sound judgments
