Working Hours
- Between 9 and 10 hours per day (subject to seasonal variations).
- Flexible working patterns contingent on target achievement.
Responsibilities
- Uphold strong health and safety standards.
- Execute duties expected of an Electrical Lineman including:
- Rigging tasks.
- Blocking and suspension assignments.
- Earthingrelated work.
- Jumpering tasks.
- Insitu steel replacement.
- Interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Demonstrate a hardworking and conscientious approach.
- Exhibit teamwork and support managerial decisions.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years as an Electrical Lineman.
- Prior experience working at height.
- Handson experience with HV Transmission Lines.
- Familiarity with High Voltage OHL Tension/Stringing.
- Knowledge of tower assembly techniques.
Additional Skills (Desirable):
- Qualifications relevant to the role.
- Experience with puller/tensioner erection or tractor winch operations.
- A valid UK driving license (conversion support available).

- Proof of English language proficiency (e.g. UKVI IELTS).
