Job Description
Remuneration and Benefits

- Take a leading role in the preparation and service of exceptional highend cuisine
- Collaborate on menu development marketing strategies and conceptual refinement

- Deliver culinary excellence with consistency creativity and attention to detail
Requirements
Candidate Profile
- A creatively driven culinary professional with a genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Experience in fine dining or within innovative conceptled kitchens is preferred
- Highly organised with the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Strong eye for detail and presentation
- Proactive ambitious and keen to contribute to the wider vision of the venue
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
