Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Assign requisitions and manage workload distribution across the recruitment team.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g. timetofill costperhire) and provide regular reporting.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and professional growth.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
- Leverage recruitment tools and platforms (e.g. ATS LinkedIn job boards) effectively.
- Any Bachelor s degree
- 4 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience in managing fullcycle recruitment across multiple functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Work on job profiles as per client requirements.
