Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and resultsdriven Jewelry Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the luxury or jewelry retail industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in fine jewelry. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience driving sales and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers through personalized service and followups.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of products collections and industry trends.
Handle customer inquiries repairs exchanges and complaints professionally.
Support inventory control stock replenishment and security procedures.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales.
Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Passion for fine jewelry gemstones and customer service.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Multilingual abilities (especially English Hindi Kannada Telugu etc. are a strong advantage.
