Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure ensuring stability integrity and optimal performance.
Collaborate with application teams to develop infrastructure plans aligned with organizational goals.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage IT infrastructure budgets and analyze total cost of ownership (TCO) for applications.
Negotiate and manage contracts and SLAs with vendors ensuring compliance and favorable terms.
Lead vendor selection onboarding performance monitoring and regular assessments.
Identify costsaving opportunities and optimize vendor services without compromising quality.
Resolve vendorrelated issues promptly escalating to senior management when necessary.
Mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships and develop contingency plans.
Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Vendor Management roles.
Strong expertise in server management virtualization cloud technologies and IT security standards.
Excellent leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships strategically.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master s degree in a relevant field.
Professional certifications such as ITIL FinOps PMP.
Prior experience in the BFSI sector.
Work Location:
Work from the office as per JPMC ReturnToOffice (RTTO) policy.
