Job Description
Join our Legal team as a Commercial Transaction Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in supporting Wixs global sales operations. Youll be the goto expert for all legal aspects of our business. In this fastpaced role youll:
Work closely with our global sales team
Draft and negotiate a broad spectrum of salesfocused contracts
Advise on legal aspects related to product and compliance
Provide legal guidance to support executives and sales professionals
Ensure Wixs legal interests are secure promoting our success
Qualifications :
57 years of experience in a hightech B2B company or a leading law firms commercial or tech department
Expertise in contract negotiations and drafting and commercial transaction law
Fluent English
Youre hardworking businessoriented thorough and analytical
You can thrive in a dynamic environment that requires multitasking
Youre a natural leader with the capacity to own projects from start to finish
