Job Description

As the Caf Manager you ensure that your team delivers the best customer experience for everyone that visits the caf. You secure high quality in all operational aspects of the caf and you lead by example. You lead and develop the caf team and optimize the caf to achieve sales targets and budget maximize profitability make sure the caf team is up to date on products and sales activities. Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an inspiring and engaging Caf environment with a unique local feeling for customers
  • Responsible for recruitment training and development of your team together with Store Experience Manager
  • Support motivate and lead the caf team to increase sales and maintain customer service levels according to guidelines
  • Organise and plan according to the caf concept including order routines and daily stock levels
  • Promote the culture values and mission of the caf and brand as a whole.
  • Driving caf according to sustainability goals

Knowledge

  • You understand what makes a great customer experience
  • Prior operation experience in food and beverage industry  
  • Fluent in English

Past Achievements        

  • Proven management experience in caf or restaurant operation
  • Experience in recruiting; managing talent performance and developing team members is an advantage
