As we continue to grow were now looking for a Store Portfolio Manager to take the lead in developing and delivering upon our global store expansion strategy with a clear focus on building brand equity reaching new customers and enabling long term growth.
What You Will Do:
In this pivotal role youll shape the future of ARKETs store portfolio developing and executing on the brands global expansion strategy supporting local market teams and ensuring our physical spaces reflect and strengthen our brand. Youll be working closely with our Head of Growth brand management and internal partners to secure a portfolio that is not only financially strong but also aligned with ARKETs unique identity and customer experience.

You are a strategic thinker and a team player who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced setting. Whether its analyzing a new market leading a crossfunctional discussion or stepping into negotiations youre confident collaborative and always driven by the bigger picture. You bring a balance of commercial sharpness creative thinking and strong communication skills.
Were looking for someone with a solid background in retail and/or real estate where youve had the opportunity to work with store expansion leasing strategies or portfolio management in an international context.

This is a parental cover for 7 months based in our Stockholm Head Office reporting to the Head of Growth.

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and from the office. While remote working is part of our offer approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
