Job Description
Were seeking a FullTime Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Fort Morgan Co.
At Salud our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a teambased care fashion that supports patients and their families in selfmanagement selfefficacy and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud you will perform routine clinic operations take histories and make physical assessments all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.
We offer:
- Starting Annual Salary $105000 to $138750

Qualifications :
Education:
- Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Licensure:
- Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
- Sensitivity to lowincome and ethnic minority communities is a must
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
