As a Cashier at Bela Brand Bat you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers by handling transactions processing payments and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You will be responsible for managing the cash register and assisting customers with any inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the register.
Handle cash credit and debit transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
Ensure all products are properly scanned and tagged.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and provide exceptional service.
Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory duties when required.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays if needed.
