Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR business or financial analysis who is an organised initiativetaker to support our newly appointed HR Project & Programme Manager led a strategic project to identify HR collaboration opportunities across multiple global HR teams.
You will support this project by collating people data analytics and insights across several countries and cultures from a variety of sources all at various levels of maturity into one cohesive story of opportunities.
Being passionate and enthusiastic about managing data and insights to a high standard is key as you will play a part in the projects success whether it be detailed analysis of current state regular project updates managing risk or researching best in class your input will matter.
- Use data to discover current state of play and opportunities for development in a consistent collaborative manner.
- Leverage datadriven insights to inform strategic decisionmaking and support develop compelling business cases to help influence and bring together senior stakeholders to one plan.
- Using your analytical skills and experience to help proactively identify and address opportunities with your project lead continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Manage standardise and enhance reporting dashboards and analytics for the project and leverage datadriven insights to inform strategic decisionmaking and drive impactful results.
- Be familiar with supporting complex change initiatives in a HR world recognising and utilising methodologies to effectively deliver project data and reporting needs.
- Be comfortable being agile to tailor your approaches to meet the specific needs of the stakeholders.
- Be friendly and warm to help build and nurture strong relationships across all global HR Teams.
Qualifications :
- An educational background n business economics finance accounting or equivalent would be highly advantageous.
- A strong understanding of HR functions processes and leading technologies is in global markets would be beneficial.
- Existing and demonstratable experience of working in a Business Analysis position.
- Experienced in defining and documenting detailed business requirements.
- The ability to work well independently as well as within a team framework.
- MS Office skills with emphasis on proficiency in MS Visio would be very beneficial.
