Project Manager VI - Bus Terminals and Yards

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Project Manager VI to lead our Bus Terminals and Yards projects in San Francisco CA. As a key member of our project management team you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality efficiency and sustainability.

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for bus terminal and yard construction and renovation projects

• Manage multiple largescale projects simultaneously ensuring ontime and onbudget delivery

• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including engineers architects contractors and city officials

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges

• Oversee project budgets including cost estimation financial forecasting and budget management

• Lead stakeholder communications and presentations to senior management board members and public officials

• Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations related to transportation infrastructure

• Implement best practices in sustainable design and construction for bus terminals and yards

• Mentor and develop junior project management staff

• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Qualifications :

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field plus 10 years of related experience or equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred requirements:

• Minimum 15 years experience as a Program Manager or Sr. Project Manager.

• Experience with zeroemission vehicles or technology including design and/or implementation of ZEB facilities.

• Proven track record of successfully managing largescale bus terminal and yard projects.

• Experience working with San Francisco MTA.

• Experience delivering $500M MTA projects specifically bus terminals and yards.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
