Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth research and generate factually accurate highquality content for LLM training
- Write edit and refine instructional datasets including dialogues summaries and multiturn conversations
- Review and validate modelgenerated outputs while ensuring linguistic clarity and adherence to ethical AI guidelines
- Collaborate with AI engineers data scientists and linguists to improve LLMs comprehension capabilities
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- PhD in Personal Development & Self Improvement or related field
- Demonstrated experience in research writing technical writing and content curation
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Superior English writing and editing skills with proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear digestible content
