Job Description
Were seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of two largescale technology programs that are critical to the organisations digital future. Youll be part of a highperforming team focused on modernising infrastructure improving user identity management and enabling a more secure efficient workplace.
In this role youll work closely with technical teams and business units to elicit document and refine both functional and nonfunctional requirements. Youll perform deepdive data analysis to identify gaps and inefficiencies and provide insights to support business decisions. Using your advanced Excel skills youll build models track progress and support project reporting with precision.
Youll play a key role in coordinating the logistics and planning around largescale rolloutswhether thats software deployment or hardware refreshesensuring communications are clear user impact is minimised and timelines are met. Facilitating workshops stakeholder meetings and user interviews will be a regular part of your day as will maintaining oversight of risks dependencies and progress across multiple streams of work.

Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large IT or transformation projects
Strong knowledge of Requirements Definition and Management methodologies
Expertise in Data Analysis with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights
Advanced MS Excel skillsyoure comfortable building reports doing deep analysis and communicating findings clearly
Highly capable in coordinating largescale rollouts or changes across departments or user groups
Confident communicator with excellent Stakeholder Management skillsfrom technical teams to executive leadership
Selfstarter who thrives in dynamic environments and takes ownership of delivery
