We are seeking a passionate and skilled PartTime Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible in ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to deliver a consistent and exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cook and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in accordance with company and health and safety standards.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Maintain cleanliness stock control and organization of your section.
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Support other sections when required to maintain kitchen efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready for the next step.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods ingredients equipment and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent food and attention to detail.
- Basic food hygiene certificate
