Where and how you can work
Our flagship office is in Sydney Australia but weve made our way from down under to a hub in San Francisco which is now home to our US operations. This is a hybrid role for our Bay Area office requiring 2 days a week in the office.
What youd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve. At the moment this role is focused on:
- Partner with Regional Sales leadership to define the gotomarket strategy for North America
- Drive annual planning processes to ensure strong operational plans underpin the growth goals for the region
- Own and execute on strategic initiatives in partnership with sales leadership and crossfunctional teams including customer success talent acquisition marketing product partner enablement and other operational partners
- Own core operational cadences including regional forecast territory management quarterly business reviews (QBR) and pipeline management to support daytoday running of the team
- Drive datadriven decisionmaking through ad hoc an recurring data analysis; and own seminal reporting and dashboards
- Surface strategic insights to guide the business and proactively identify gaps/opportunities for sales leadership
Qualifications :
Youre probably a match if:
- 6 years of relevant experience in strategy operations finance management consulting or a similar role (SaaS experience a must but need not be for all of those years)
- Experience managing complex projects endtoend; from inception to design to and ultimately impact
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to work crossfunctionally by building relationships and influencing others
- Strong analytical fluency modeling presentation and problemsolving skills
- Track record of results in fastmoving environments and ability to excel under ambiguity

We make hiring decisions based on your skills experience and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $182K to $279K . When calculating offers we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates skills and experience.
