Job Description
Note: This position requires employees to be onsite five days a week at our clients Baltimore MD office.

Job Description
- Handle all aspects of litigation support for defense matters
- Draft and prepare legal documents including subpoenas pleadings and discovery responses
- Organize review and summarize large volumes of medical records and case materials
- Coordinate with expert witnesses and outside vendors
- Conduct legal research and manage electronic document production
- Support attorneys through trial prep and case management
- Maintain client files and case calendars
Qualifications
- 2 years of litigation paralegal experience required
- 1 years of defense litigation experience required
- Experience with medical malpractice cases highly desirable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in legal research and case management tools
- Detailoriented with ability to handle multiple deadlines
