- Support for ECommerce Project
- Good working experience Manhattan Omni Active (Support Maintenance Configuration)
- Manage Order management application.
- Resolving tickets and monitoring the application dashboard
- Working in shift 24X7 and capable to manage the team 24x7
- Experience in Ticket Management
- Good in stakeholder management
- Who can keep focus on KPI set by onshore and customer and organization
