Salary: Maximum INR 50000 per month depending on background
Job Overview
Talent Steer is seeking a skilled Executive Search Consultant with expertise in headhunting for middle and senior management roles especially in nonIT segments. We work in facilities management institutional catering travel & hospitality FMCG and manufacturing for managerial and other roles.
The ideal candidate will excel in competition mapping talent mining and developing strategic talent pipelines going beyond traditional job boards to identify exceptional talent. Only Keyword search competence is not sufficient to succeed in this role. This is a critical internal role aimed at strengthening our executive consulting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Headhunting and Talent Scouting :
- Understanding the JD Company and Industry background to conduct searches for middle and senior management roles through competition mapping and direct sourcing strategies.
- Identify and engage with highpotential candidates using talent mining techniques and deep market research using Linkedin WA Groups or other social media channels.
- Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by leveraging networks referrals and industry insights with the help of our Application Tracking (ATS)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their longterm talent needs and design strategies to meet those objectives.
- Industry and Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends key players and Indian market movements in nonIT segments.
- Provide insights and advice to clients on market conditions and talent availability.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements expectations and deliverables for open roles.
- Offer consultative support to clients in identifying the right talent beyond the traditional keyword match.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with candidates ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Evaluate candidate potential through indepth discussions focusing on successes abilities interests and cultural fit.
- Connect with the candidate at the pre and posthiring stages.
- Process Excellence:
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of search processes and candidate interactions using internal tools and CRM systems.
- Deliver consistent results within agreed timelines maintaining the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in executive search or headhunting focusing on nonIT sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling middle and senior management roles through nontraditional sourcing methods.
Experience in Executive Search Firms is essential and experience in corporate TA is not enough.
- Skills:
- Expertise in competition mapping and talent mining techniques.
- Strong understanding of talent pipeline strategies and market intelligence.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Talent Solution Application Tracking and other direct sourcing platforms.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Candidates from West North and East India are preferred.
- Experience working in a consulting or executive search firm.
- A selfstarter who can thrive in a remote work environment.
- Exclusions:
- IT recruiters will not be considered for this role.
- US or international recruitment experience will not be considered.
- People with no headhunting expertise will not be considered.
