Position : Chief of Staff
Working Schedule : 9a5p PST
Salary Range :$3000$4000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff to support executive leadership and help drive strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to gain handson experience in business operations executive support and organizational strategy. As the righthand to senior leadership you will be deeply involved in highimpact projects crossfunctional collaboration and decisionmaking processes that shape the future of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner and arm to senior leadership.
- Plan prioritize and manage companywide initiatives and key projects.
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress deadlines and deliverables to ensure completion.
- Build and maintain basic performance dashboards and reporting systems to inform decisionmaking
- Conduct research analyze data and synthesize actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments.
- Manage executive scheduling meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare presentations memos and briefing documents for leadership.
- Assist with internal operations including developing and refining workflows systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify potential challenges early and proactively propose solutions
- Help support hiring onboarding and team organization as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 years of experience in operational consulting project management or Chief of Staff roles.
- MBA in Business or MBAequivalent experience
- Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
- High level of discretion confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Experience with basic dashboard building and performance tracking preferred.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn and take ownership.
