Vacancy: MORTGAGE BROKER & PROTECTION ADVISOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Twickenham TW1
Salary: OTE 60k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Mortgage Broker & Protection Advisor: This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced and practicing Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a busy whole of market Financial Services company linked closely to a local independent Estate Agency with several local branches in the Morden area.
The right candidate can take advantage of both hot leads and a wellmaintained and extensive client database.
The successful candidate must have previous experience as Mortgage or Financial Advisor be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified; be an excellent communicator who has great attention to detail and the ability to spot opportunities. You must be able to demonstrate that you are selfmotivated and have a proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment.
More importantly we are looking for an individual with the vision to move the Financial Services division forward and build on the current business levels as well as having the ability to provide exceptional customer care.
In order to apply for this role you MUST have CAS (Competent Advisor Status) and CeMAP (or equivalent qualification) and must be able to write Protection policies. This is not a training role so candidates who are not immediately able to write business will not be considered.

- You MUST be currently involved in providing mortgage services and advice

- Excellent telephone manner and superb interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and selfmotivated
- The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
- Full UK driving license and own car
