Our Client Service Centre is a contact centre that services clients all over the Lower Mainland. Whether its over the phone or through email youll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs. This is your opportunity to become part of an industry leading team today!
Requirements
- Level 1 General Insurance License
- 6 months of previous insurance experience
- 12 years of customer service experience
A Day in the Life
- Be a part of the team that services over 100000 auto clients within the Greater Vancouver region.
- Youll be taking inbound and outbound calls from our Client Service Centre located in Burnaby.
- Whether its over the phone through email or even our text messaging program youll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs.
- Our hours of operations are Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9a to 5pm. Closed Sundays.

The expected salary range for this position is$40000to $50000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience andworking location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
