Our client a compassionate and forwardthinking care provider is seeking a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their team for night shifts at a beautifully designed luxury care home. Working as part of the night team youll ensure residents feel safe supported and comfortable throughout the night. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant youll be a key part of the leadership teamproviding handson care overseeing nightly routines and offering guidance and encouragement to colleagues.
What Youll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Senior in a care home setting
- A caring and reliable nature with excellent communication skills
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for enhancing quality of life for older adults

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering highquality personcentred care overnight
- Support residents with evening and nighttime routines including personal care and wellbeing checks
- Assist in managing shift handovers and care documentation
- Promote a peaceful safe and comforting environment for residents
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Communicate effectively with day staff to ensure continuity of care
