Job Description
Agronomy Apprentice Position $1500 Signon BONUS!
Job Type: FullTime Hourly Kiester MN
Monday Friday 7:30am 4:30pm *Extended hours including weekends during peak season
Salary Range: $45K $48K

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for learning GoldEagle Agronomy products services and inventory management
- Assist in equipment maintenance and service records
- Calibrate machines to a field ready status before each season
- Professional quality of work in and out of the field
- Maintain and grow local business with dignity honesty and class
- Attend Mandatory GoldEagle Agronomy meetings throughout the year
- Have a desire to learn the trade
- Learn crop production systems; crop scouting and staging herbicides seed placement and recommendations and beyond.
- Fertilizer/soil sampling with recommendations based on analysis and yield goals
- Ability to blend fertilizer and follow label when blending crop protection products
- Ability to read maps follow directions operate equipment with computer assisted operations
- Good communication skills/verbal/written
- Very high level of motivation and organizational skills
- Work well with others so they can take instructions from the agronomy sales team effective listening is critical
Training/Experience:
- Agricultural background
- Previous Experience not required
- Product Training and Field Days
- Career Advancement and all other trainings suggested by senior staff
- Custom Applicators License/CDL recommended but not required we will train
Physical Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record
