WHATS YOUR DAY AS A SERVER ASSISTANT BUSSER LIKE

As a Server Assistant Busser youll be a crucial part of our vineyard bussing tables assisting servers with any customer service needs and helping with running food and wine to create a seamless dining experience. Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service being familiar with our food menu interacting with guests and following service procedures diligently. Youll restock clean and maintain restaurant stations clear and sanitize tables and reset them as needed. Understanding the restaurants floor plan table numbers and seating layout is essential to ensure efficient service. Apply today to join our restaurant team!

WHATS NEEDED FROM A SERVER ASSISTANT BUSSER

Shifts can vary from 11:30 AM 4:30 PM or 4:30 PM 10 PM during the week and on the weekends from 12 PM 8 PM or 2 PM 10 PM. Our vineyard is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Season is from May 1 Oct 31

Requirements:

• Availability beyond the summer
• 18 years or older
• Ability to read write and communicate verbally in English
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Knowledge about safety and sanitation standards in the food and beverage industry
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to provide an outstanding dining experience

Experience as a food runner in a casual dining establishment is preferred. Bonus points if you love wine!
