Are you an experienced Business Analyst Do you have specific experience of working with Social Housing business processes and Social Housing Management systems Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to lead on business improvement work for social enterprise in the midst of a transformation programme.
The main purpose of the role is to develop test present and justify business cases prior to taking the lead on business improvement including all associated business process reviews analysis and reengineering. Your daytoday responsibilities will include working towards a leaner more efficient business by improving business processes and internal communication identifying strengths & weaknesses in the business using customer journey methodology promoting continuous improvement developing design principles and process catalogues producing test plans and providing training where required.
Must Have
- Demonstrable experience working in a Business Analysis capacity either as a focussed discipline or as part of a wider remit.
- Experience writing business cases business requirements test plans and project plans.
- Experienced in requirements gathering and running workshops.
- Experience with a Social Housing business processes and at least one Housing Management System (Such as MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing Aareon QL Northgate/NECHousing Civica Cx Housing Capita ONE/OPENHousing MIS ActiveH etc).
Nice to Have
- Formal Business Analysis/Project certification (such as BCS Agile Six Sigma PRINCE2 CMI etc)
- Experience of Property/Asset Management processes and business systems (such as TotalMobile Connect Capita OPENAssets/OPENContractor Civica Keystone Integrator NEC SAM MRI Asset/Promaster PIMSS Real RAM00 Technology Forge etc.
As an individual you will be analytical with excellent problemsolving skills. You will be a strong communicator both verbally and in presentation selfstarter with a strong focus on customer service. The role will be predominantly home based and with time spent in an office in the Midlands as required.
