Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and innovative MidLevel AI Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions including emerging Agentic AI workflows. This role blends leadership in AI strategy with handson responsibilities in data engineering ensuring the seamless integration of AI models into our data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of data pipeline best practices and a track record of delivering highimpact AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute AI strategy focusing on innovative agentic AI workflows that enable autonomous or semiautonomous decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with leadership and crossfunctional teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives.

EndtoEnd AI Pipeline Development

• Oversee the full AI lifecyclefrom data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoringto ensure highimpact scalable solutions.
• Continuously refine AI workflows leveraging best practices in model iteration and optimization.

Agentic AI Workflow Implementation

• Design prototype and implement AI agents that can learn adapt and interact with users or systems with minimal human intervention.
• Utilize reinforcement learning advanced machine learning techniques and robust data pipelines to power autonomous or semiautonomous AI systems.

Data Infrastructure & Engineering

• Build and maintain scalable data architectures in support of AI models ensuring robust data ingestion transformation and storage.
• Implement ETL (Extract Transform Load) pipelinespreferably using Airflowto guarantee clean reliable data for AI model training and validation.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

• Partner with data scientists software engineers and product teams to develop and deploy AI solutions that meet evolving business needs.
• Present progress and insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders driving consensus and facilitating decisionmaking.

Scalability & Reliability

• Optimize AI models and data pipelines to handle large data volumes and complex AI scenarios without compromising performance.
• Develop robust monitoring and alerting systems to maintain consistent model performance.

Performance Optimization

• Evaluate and finetune models for speed accuracy and costefficiency.
• Employ big data technologies (e.g. Apache Spark Hadoop) and cloud platforms (Azure Google Cloud Databricks) to enhance operational efficiency.

Documentation & Best Practices

• Maintain clear comprehensive documentation for AI processes data pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards data governance and compliance requirements.

Qualifications Education & Experience:

Agentic AI & Autonomous Systems

• Proven expertise in building AI solutions that can operate autonomously or semiautonomously (e.g. reinforcement learning multiagent systems).

Machine Learning & Data Science

• Indepth knowledge of ML algorithms feature engineering and data preprocessing techniques.
• Experience integrating machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) into production environments.

SQL & Python

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python for AI model development data manipulation and automation.

ETL & Workflow Orchestration

• Strong experience in designing and implementing ETL pipelines particularly with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.

Cloud & Big Data Platforms

• Familiarity with Azure or Google Cloud for data storage processing and AI deployments.
• Knowledge of Databricks Apache Spark Hadoop or similar technologies for largescale data processing.

Technical Leadership

• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable roadmaps guiding junior team members and stakeholders.

Insurance Data Knowledge(Preferred)

• Exposure to insurance datasets and domainspecific challenges is a plus.

Education

• A masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication problemsolving and leadership abilities.
• Comfort working in dynamic crossfunctional teams driving collaboration and strategic thinking.
