We are an inoffice company and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. (Note: this is not applicable for EpiSci roles).
About the role
- Utilize engineering principles knowledge and experience to:
- Define and manage the market strategy for Applieds autonomous vehicle development testing and deployment.
- Manage and maintain a quarterly and annual forecast across all business pillars.
- Recruit and retain a global sales team to meet business goals with a multiyear plan to grow the team in accordance with business strategy.
- Establish and maintain sales process and metrics to ensure performance of sales activities is met.
- Collaborate with all business functions and departments to develop sales strategies and ensure business goals are met.
- Report to the board of directors at quarterly board meetings on sales performance sales strategy and sales forecast.
- Support the company in fundraising and investor pitches.
Were looking for someone who has:
- A Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
- 60 months of experience in a lead sales role on automotive accounts
- 60 months of experience leading sales for automotive accounts managing customer success and generating revenue growth acquiring and retaining talent and solving engineering challenges
- Willingness to travel to Europe Germany United Kingdom Japan and South Korea 10 times per year
The salary range for this position is $264722 $285000 per year USD annually.
