Band 5 Occupational Therapist (Halifax & Leeds)

37.5 hours per week MondayFriday Up to 35000

Our client a wellrespected and valuesdriven provider of adult residential and rehabilitation services is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional whos ready to make a real difference in the lives of adults living with mental health conditions.

Working across three warm and welcoming services in Halifax and Leeds the successful candidate will bring compassion creativity and clinical expertise to support service users in achieving greater independence wellbeing and quality of life.

As an Occupational Therapist youll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver personcentred recoveryfocused care. Youll assess plan and implement occupational therapy interventions tailored to the unique needs and goals of individuals living in residential and rehab settings. Every day youll empower people to live more fulfilling liveson their own terms.

What Youll Need

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • At least 1 year of postqualification experience
  • A UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services (mileage is paid)
  • A warm personcentred approach and commitment to inclusive practice

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver highquality occupational therapy interventions in line with individual care plans
  • Work across three services promoting consistency and continuity of care
  • Collaborate with residents families and other professionals to achieve therapeutic goals
  • Conduct assessments produce reports and contribute to risk management planning
  • Support service development and participate in clinical audits
  • Actively contribute to a culture of learning inclusion and respect
