Job Description
Ready to lead the evolution of a global ecommerce platform Join CFA Institute as our Platform Owner for ECommerce Developmenta highimpact leadership role where youll define the future of our digital commerce experience. Youll drive platform strategy lead agile teams and shape technical excellence across our ecommerce architecture. What Youll Do
Provide strategic direction and handson leadership across multiple agile delivery teams for ecommerce platform development.
Own the ecommerce knowledgebase and serve as the goto expert for platformrelated inquiries and innovation.
Define and enforce architecture coding and design standards across all applications deployed on the platform.
Oversee backlog management and prioritize technical debt retirement in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Guide onboarding training and oversight of both inhouse developers and external consultants.
Monitor platform roadmaps and lead initiatives to capitalize on new capabilities and mitigate risks.
Foster stakeholder education on platform capabilities and identify opportunities for broader adoption across the organization.
Direct proofofconcept work and platform vendor relationships.
Support environment configuration automated deployments and preproduction refreshes.
Set goals and metrics to track platform performance and delivery quality.
Participate in escalated troubleshooting for customerfacing issues as part of an oncall rotation.
What Youll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science information systems or related fieldor equivalent work experience.
10 years of experience in software architecture and development including 5 years in leadership roles.
Deep experience with enterprise development tools including Java Angular JS Spring .NET Kafka Cassandra and more.
Expertise with APIs web services system integrations responsive/adaptive design and core web vitals.
Strong knowledge of Git and other version control systems.
Exceptional analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Proven success building crossfunctional relationships and working in global and diverse environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g. Jira Confluence).
Ability to manage competing priorities with organizational discipline and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of cloudbased custom application development.
Experience mentoring and coaching technical teams.
Exposure to highlevel solution design and environment automation tools.
Proficiency in Visio LucidChart and other architectural visualization tools.
A creative mindset with the willingness to challenge the status quo and experiment.

Expected salary Range: $120000 $130000 per year
Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives 12 pension employer contribution and competitive medical benefits.
