The Role: As a Product Designer 2 youll play a pivotal role in shaping the design of the core money movement workflows in Business Banking. Youll work closely with product engineering and analytics to craft seamless scalable experiences that solve highimpact realworld business problems.
Youll own endtoend design deliveryfrom discovery to shipped experiences. Your work will bring clarity to complex financial systems simplify workflows and create thoughtful elegant solutions that balance user needs business goals and technical feasibility. Beyond functionality youll care deeply about behavior delight and longterm experience quality. Youll also contribute to and evolve our design system advocating for scalable design thinking across the product suite.

Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Ownership Drive the design of intuitive usercentric solutions across the BB product suitefrom discovery to delivery. Define experience goals lead design and own outcomes in your domain.
- Vision to Translate intricate financial workflows into elegant scalable UX. Help shape the longterm product vision while balancing user needs business goals and tech feasibility.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration Work closely with PMs engineers researchers and fellow designers. Engage in critiques reviews and product rituals to drive alignment and shared ownership.
- Craft & Systems Thinking Design thoughtful interaction models wireframes and prototypes using Razorpays design system. Contribute back to the system through use and feedback.
- Communication & Influence Present your work with clarity and intent. Use storytelling and design artifacts to inspire align and drive decisions across stakeholders.
- Iteration & Feedback Continuously test and refine your designs. Proactively seek out feedback from users and teams to improve and evolve your solutions.
- AI Competency Maintain a strong AI toolkit and know when and how to use it effectively. Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflowsbut always lead with human insight taste and intent.
What were looking for:
- 2 years of handson experience designing digital products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating endtoend product thinking and interaction designespecially in dataheavy or systemsdriven environments.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred) and ability to prototype and test ideas.
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
- Solid communication and collaboration skillsyou can articulate decisions and work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex problem spaces.
- Comfort with behavioral analytics and a bias toward datainformed design decisions.
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to thoughtfully integrate them into your workflow.
