Compensation:
We offer alucrative commission structure. TheSr. Sales Rephas the potential to earn anywhere between$80000 $200000 per year with top earners exceeding$250000
- Customercentric rolerequiring facetoface interactions with prospective clients.
- Work directly with homeowners toassess damage provide estimatesand collaborate with the production team.
- Proven success insales(ideally in roofing solar or servicerelated industries).
- Experience inResidential Roofing Sales ideally in bothinsurance and retail.
- Priordoortodoor roofing sales experienceis highly preferred.
- 3 yearsof outside sales experience.
- Ability toclimb a ladderto inspect roofing shingles.
- Experience incustomer service and conflict resolution.
- Drivers License (Required).
